Will my business receive a statement on the transactions processed?
Yes. A comprehensive statement will be sent to you and 24 hour customer service is also available.
How will my business receive payment for each transaction?
After payment authorization the money from your customer’s card is deposited to your account directly. It can take between 24 -48 hours for this to reflect in your account though.
How is the lease payment determined?
It is based on:
- The software of hardware you select i.e. printer, software or credit card terminal
- How long you lease it for – 12 months, 24 months, 36 months or 48 months.

A link is established between your website and E-Processing Networks secure server.
How can I customize the E-Processing Network transaction form?

Are my funds guaranteed?
If a dispute arises you will receive a request asking you to produce the proof of purchase. Additionally, your credit card processor is within his rights to discontinue the service for several reasons. As the merchant, you need to carry out due diligence by familiarizing yourself with the process to protect against anyone using a stolen card.
What Is Address Verification Service?
It is a preventative measure that guards against fraudulent transaction. It is part of the cards authorization process and checks the card number against the address given.
